Character Concept

The client came to me with a specific request: a non-binary character who would guide their customers through their digital landscape. I brainstormed three distinct character concepts:

In designs 1.1 and 1.2, I focused on simplicity, cuteness, and expressive body language, leaning my stylistic choices towards the client’s Salesforce example. 

Design 2 embraced the non-binary theme, inspired by the concept of a chatbot. Given Frontline’s call center services, a robot mascot seemed like a perfect fit.

And design 3 was an exploratory concept, pushing the boundaries to test the client’s preferences.

After a review, the client chose Design 2  but with the eyes of 1. Different outfits for Breezy were created to represent the different departments of Frontline Group.

COLORS

I presented four different color combinations, drawing inspiration from photographs to ensure Breezy felt realistic and relatable.

The client selected color option 1, which used colors sampled from a photo of the CEO herself!

DELIVERY

With the client's preferences in mind, I moved on to apply different outfits, accessories, and poses to Breezy. In addition to the regular variations, I designed several holiday variations in PNG sticker form, totaling to over 50 different versions of Breezy.
